Gift-Wrap and Gift Messages
You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by DisneyExclusiveOnline.com or selected DisneyExclusiveOnline.com Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient.
For items fulfilled by DisneyExclusiveOnline.com, you can also choose to use DisneyExclusiveOnline gift-wrapping exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip. If your order includes items intended for different recipients and you request gift-wrap, please be sure to enter a gift message for each item so that when the gifts arrive, it will be clear which item is intended for whom.
When you are ready to proceed to checkout, check the box that reads "Show gift options" (if you have just added something to your cart) or the box that reads "Add gift-wrap/note" underneath the item's listing (if you are viewing your cart's contents). You will be prompted to make your selection as you complete the checkout process. Gift wrap paper is subject to availability to availability so please email us to see our gift-wrap and an example of our free gift note.
Some items cannot be wrapped because of their unusual size, weight, or shape. If the item can't be wrapped, the checkbox in the Shopping Cart will simply read "Add gift note." Often, these items will arrive in their original packaging, and not in an DisneyExclusiveOnline.com box. When this is the case, it will be noted on the item's product detail page.
If you need to add or change the gift wrap or message for an order you've already placed, you may do so in Your Account as long as the order that has not entered the shipping process. Click the link to "Edit gift options." After selecting the order you wish to change, click the Change button underneath the individual item, next to "Gift Options." On the next page, enter or edit your gift message, then click "Save changes" to complete the process.
