Way too much fun for an Old Person!!!!!Mar 12, 2010 I love this. I PLAY all the time. It is incredible. Everything from the Balance Games to the Wii Fit Plus games are so much fun. I have to stop myself from spending too much time playing Wii Fit. I wish there were more Nintendo packages like Wii Fit Plus.
great product great sellerMar 12, 2010 Product got in on time and was nicely packed. Everything was new and not damaged and I have lots of fun with the Wii Fit. Thank you so much for being so reliable!
Actually a Life Changer!Mar 11, 2010 I've never worked out in a gym in my life. The only time I went in a gym was passing through as a shortcut at my former college. Once I got on the Wii Fit Plus I haven't looked back! I probably work out more than my body wants me too. It's a great stress reliever to a strength building venue. My posture visibly corrected within a week.
Wii Fit Plus with Balance boardMar 11, 2010 want to get fit - this has helped the wife with her fittness program making it fun for her.
Uses it everyday now compared to others she may have used a couple of times and than let it collect dust. A good buy.

Works Well as a SupplementMar 09, 2010 My wife and I decided to purchase the Wii Fit Plus shortly after the birth of our second child to give us both the oppurtunity to squeeze in workouts into a schedule already filled with countless parental and occupational responsibilities. My wife has yet to use it, as her spare moments, what few exist, are primarily spent catching up on sleep and housework. I've managed to take the Wii Fit Plus for a test drive and used it continuously for a solid month. Thus far, I've been happy with the experience, though being an individual who enjoys and previously participated in high intensity exercise, I could safely say that the Wii Fit Plus is no substitute nor do I think it was ever intended to be. If you're someone who enjoys running, cardio, or high intensity weight lifting, I would sincerely recommend you look elsewhere, though that being said, I think that Wii Fit Plus makes a suitable supplement to any more intense exercise routine.
That being said, the exercises and games on the Wii Fit Plus are fun and challenging. I consider myself an athlete, albeit an out-of-shape one, and I still experienced difficulty truly mastering many of the workouts. When the program has determined that you have achieved perceived mastery of a specific exercise, it gives you option of raising the bar a little higher by either increasing the difficulty level or number of repetitions. Again, none of the workouts I performed really elevated my heart rate into the cardio zone, but I did initially feel a little soreness the next day which is an indication that my body was exerting itself in some fashion. If anything, the Wii Fit Plus has certainly shed light on those areas of my physical makeup that are lacking and need improvement such as my balance.
Aside from the games and exercises, I like the weight tracking feature that monitors your weight and allows you to set weight loss goals. From an accountability standpoint, it serves as an adequate indicator of health habits that may need adjustment if you're seeing increases in weight and offers a form of encouragement as you get watch your weight drop over time. Of course, the key is to make sure you regularly weigh yourself, whether you want to or not ;) One flaw is that the BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation is not universally applicable. In other words, it does not take into account different body types and the fact that muscle mass can increase your weight in a positive way. I'm 5'10 and it says I should weigh somewhere near 160 lbs. I weighed 175 lbs. in college with very little body fat, and according to the Wii Fit Plus, I would be overweight. Of course, I weight 186 lbs. now and would openly admit that I am overweight.
All in all, the Wii Fit Plus is something I would recommend because it accomplishes what it was intended to do, and that is to provide a fun alternative for doing something active and to increase your personal consciousness about your existing state of your health.
