Great Family Fun!Mar 01, 2010 Our family received Mario Kart for Christmas and we just love it! We have had way too much fun with this game! With all four of us playing together, it's quite entertaining. And that is one of the best benefits to the newer Nintendo, is that on some games, you can have more than 1 or 2 players and include a couple more people in on the playing. We've had quite a few entertaining family nights with this game. It's a great game for the young or the old!
Some levels are fairly easy and some are a little more difficult to get through, but that just adds to the challenge of the game.
I recommend this game to anyone and everyone!
Mario Kart WiiFeb 28, 2010 I've wanted this game since I got a Wii but couldn't find it when I had money. so when I had some money I looked on amazon and every other time I looked they didn't have it. I found out it's because most stores didn't because it's a very popular game. I absolutely love the game except for the relentless attacks you get once you get in the lead and the horrible items they give you while in the lead to protect yourselves. other than that the game is awesome. I really like the drivers they put in and I always love using the bikes.
I couldn't find this game any where after x masFeb 20, 2010 It is a fun, addicting game the online is alright but frustrating at times. I drove over a hundred miles from my home looking for this game and this is the only place I could find it.
Best Racing Game EVER!!!!!!Feb 19, 2010 I have not stopped playing this game since I got it for Christmas. I am addicted to this game because it is so much fun. This is a must have game for anyone with a WII. This game is just not for kids. I am in my 40's and love playing this game. What could be more fun than trying to destroy everyone as you race to the finish line. It could get nasty at times but really alot of FUN. I just wish they had more tracks because I do get tired of racing the tracks night after night. I've tried other racing games such as Speed Racer and Excite Bots and they are fun too but nowhere are Great as Mario Kart. I just hope they come out with a Mario Kart 2 with new tracks. Looking forward to the new Sonic Racing Game but Mario Kart is still The Best Racing Game EVER!!!!
UnderwhelmedFeb 16, 2010 My sister purchased this, and so I played it over at her place. There are a lot of good racing stages, and that is what most people buy this game for. I've always preferred the "Battle Mode", though. So, while the racing stages are incredible and a few new items and challenges have been added, the "Battle Mode" has become more of a battle against the PC than other players. In previous games, it was just you and anyone else you could get to play. Now, you don't have that option, which takes away the fun because there's no real competition, since the AI is not very bright, but always gets in the way, and there are usually large obstacles in the battle levels that can take you out. So, rather than "Battle Mode", I'd call this "Survival Against the AI Mode".
